I understand that my artwork must arrive at least 30 days prior to the opening of my exhibition. if the work arrives late there will be a 35% fee to expedite the framing in order for the work to be ready for the exhibition. In addition I understand that Agora Gallery holds the right not to frame any artwork that arrives past the delivery date and that artwork that is not framed or stretched will not be included in the exhibition. I confirm that there is a border of extra canvas at least 2 inch wide (5 centimeters) extending from the face of the artwork, as the framer will need it to wrap the canvas around the stretchers and staple the canvas in the back of the stretchers.

I understand that Agora Gallery, its employees, and assignees are not liable for any damage that may occur as a result of improper packing of the artwork: including but not limited to, damage which may occur to artwork as a result of being rolled or from the stretching and/or unstretching and/or framing of the artwork.
